Emancipation Help for My Girlfriend

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of:Oklahoma

My girlfriend is 17 and won't be 18 until September 1st and she has been getting mentally abused from her parents for a few years now. She is getting tired of it and has to find a way out all her parents keep doing is hurting her more and more. Her and I are trying to find out what she needs to push this further and get her emancipated but we arent for sure on what we need to do. Someone please help.

Is there any other possible ways that we can do this without going through DHS I've had bad experiences with DHS and i don't want her having to go through the same trouble with them as i did.

Repeating the same question just gets you the same no but gets the anger of the board as a bonus.

The local DHS is the proper place for an abused child to turn.

NOT to her boyfriend.

sorry i wasnt meaning to repeat the question its just that i was trying to find another way if there is another way to get this done without OHDHS

1.) Emancipation in Oklahoma means that she can purchase real estate and not much more. NOTHING in Oklahoma state law gives her the right to move out without parental consent prior to age 18, EVEN IF she is emancipated.

2.) The ONLY way she is ever going to be able to leave home prior to her 18th birthday is if she is removed from the home by the state. The ONLY way she is going to be removed from the home by the state is with the assistance of the child protective services, and it is not guaranteed with their assistance.

3.) She does this with their assistance or not at all.
