My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: Kentucky

Hello everyone, approx. 10 years ago I traveled to Texas by car from Niagara Falls Canada. On my return trip home I was stopped in Kentucky by a police car on the interstate. I was told he stopped me because I was drifting out of my lane but I am certain it was because I was passing through with Ontario Canada plates on a new BMW. He took my license and then returned and asked me to come to his car, it was explained to me that my license was recently suspended due to failure to pay a speeding ticket in Canada. I was taken to the County Jail and detained, because the officer said that the judge was going to have to issue me my sentence and that their was no allotted ticket amount for a driving with a suspended license, and told me I was forced to stay. This took place on a Saturday evening, after pleading with the officer to release me on a bail he finally issued an amount of $500 U.S. and released me under the terms that I would be returning for my court date on the Monday morning. Long story short, I did not return many miles for the court date and some time later I received a bench warrant in the mail. Since then I have misplaced the papers and forget what county it was issued in. I was young when this took place and now as a much matured adult I wish to rectify this as simply and as cheaply as possible as I have a family and not much money.

I searched the website below to find warrants along with several other websites and I am not able to locate my warrant.:

Does anyone have advice on how I can locate my warrant and settle this with as little money as possible? Because I can not find my warrant is it possible that it has been wiped from file being so minor and long ago? Having such a warrant would I be refused at the border if I were to cross in Niagara Falls NY or anywhere outside of Kentucky?

Sorry for the long email, I figured more information would help yield more accurate responses.

Thank You Kindly
