I'm a private investigator. For the last 6 months, my checks have been short 1-5 hours a week, some of these hours are overtime. I brought this to my employer's attention, he made me resubmit all the timesheets, which I did. Then he made me tally all the missing time, which I did. It's been about a month and he hasn't done anything, and now I've noticed my expenses are missing some charges (like hotels when I'm sent out of town). I've asked him repetitively and told him to stop scheduling me until my money gets caught up. He won't even reply to my e-mails anymore.
I live in Ohio, work in PA, OH, NY, MI and IN. The company is in Louisiana. What are my options to take care of this. It totals just under a thousand dollars.
