My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ontario, Canada
Hi, I recently started a new job.
The second worked there, I stole a digital camera from a girl's bag.
The next week, I took a wallet.
I feel so so so bad!
It's all I can think about and I feel so guilty.
One of the managers called me back to the store after I left today and told me there had been a string a thefts and asked me if I wanted to say anything before they turned over the surveillance footage to the police.
I said no, and left.
I think they caught me on camera.
I'm under 18.
I don't want to go to juvy or anything!
I want to return the things I took, and quit the job, would I still get in trouble with the police?
I think I have a problem with stealing and shoplifting.
After this scare, I think I've learned my lesson.
