My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Illinois. If I was placed on an Administrative Leave, and now am asked to meet with the Management Team to discuss, in the store, after I've been the joke of the store, and all my confidential business, has been blurred out by the management team, and everyone is aware of it all. What legal right do I have, as I do not wish to meet with them or come back until this "rumor" is stopped, I feel very uncomfortable to be present at this location at this time? And the management team will not meet with me elsewhere?
