    Default Rules and Regulations

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Illinois

Am living in my apartment for more then 1 years but right now im having roaches in my apartment, i trieds to get rid of them but i couldn't. After couple months. the landlord found out that my apartment having roaches, i came to the office and they told me i should tell them, then i told them i don't know about this i thought that my problem i should get rid of it myself.
A fews days later they sent me a notice 30 days to move out, and terminated my lease based on Rules and regulations and the cost of extermination will be 100% on my responsibility.

Please help me and tell me what to do, do i get my deposit back, and i have to pay the extermination?

    Sorry for my bad english

They can charge you for damages you caused, including damages to the carpet or other parts of the unit. They may be able to charge you for extermination, or the increased cost due to your delay in reporting the infestation, although I question if they can show that you caused the infestation.
