Default Accessing Apartment After Breaking Up and Moving Out

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

Three months ago me and my then gf signed an 18 month lease on an apartment. Things went bad, so I left. Now the question being. I still have a right to the apartment?, keys and all?,. She has changed the locks once already, can she do that?. I cant pay the rent but neither can she. Her dad paid it for the month but again both mine her her names are on the lease.

Confusing I know but anything is helpful at this point

If the landlord allowed her to change the locks, she can change the locks.

You moved out. You stopped paying rent. Do you have a goal here other than to harass her?
