    Default Child Support Recalculation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Indiana
My daughter (19) full time student has moved from her mothers house to my secondary residence (rental) house. She wishes to be imancipated. I will support her but need the child support recalculated since I have one 16 year old still living with her mother. I am still paying support for another daughter who is 21 not in school and has not lived at home for a year. What is my course of action.

    Default Re: Child Support Recalculation

Your daughter is already a legal adult, and can live where she wants.

If you mean that you want to emancipate her to escape a continuing child support obligation, make your case to the court that ordered child support.
