    Question Emancipation in Oregon

Hello, I am a 15 year old and I live in Oregon. My father recently married a woman who doesn't like (or even admit that we exist) me or my younger brother. In the last week, the woman kicked us out of her house, so my dad got an apartment for the three of us to live in. I have spent a very long time living at one of my friend's houses, and I was wondering if I would be able to get emancipated when I turn 16.
I would like some help with this, because I cannot provide for myself because my dad will not let me get a job until I move out, but you need to have a job to get emancipated.

If you do not have a job and you cannot support yourself, then you cannot be emancipated. Period, end of story.
