Default Released from Jail, but No Terms

My question involves criminal law for the state of: GA

I was released from jail but i haven't gone to court yet. My parents took me to a rehab and told me it was court ordered. I was released to my mom and she took me there. I left voluntarily, rehab allowed it. My probation officer said I have to go back. I never signed any papers or even heard of any terms or sentencing.

Can i be ordered to go to rehab without seeing a judge? Shouldn't I have to sign something? How can I find out what my terms are or my sentncing or conditions?

My charges had nothing to do with drugs or alcohol. Why rehab? And shouldn't I be informed?

If attending rehab is a term of your pretrial release and you don't want to go back, the court may choose to remand you to jail pending trial. Talk to your lawyer.
