    Default Alienation or Not

My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of Illinois

This couple are Tennessee residents, they had problems and she filed for divorce and was granted to relocate to Illinois. I met her during the divorce proceedings. She then reconciled 5 months later and moved back to TN. A few months later he filed for divorce in Mississippi and she filed in TN. which the MS divorce was dropped because he lied about being a MS. resident. TN took jurisdiction and she admitted to adultery and the divorce was granted to him. She was allowed again to relocate to Illinois which he had kicked her out during the second divorce proceedings he is still a TN resident. I was not the cause of the divorce the first go around. He has been threatening me for sometime about sueing me. He already has a federal lawsuit filed and I haven't been served with it yet against me and my employer, which is a lie and can be easily proven. Can he sue me for alienation of Affect.?
