Default Received Unemployment Check, but No Claim Form

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California

I received my unemployment check, but not a new claim form. My claim hasn't expired and I still have funds available. When I filled out my previous claim form I had worked for one week (substitute teaching), but not the other. So unemployment paid me for the week not worked. Will I get another claim for in a few days or do I have to call EDD? Thanks for your help.

Call EDD and ask for a new claim form. You can't get them online, and you do need to make the filing to continue your benefits.
