Default How Close Can a Liquor Store Be to a School

This is for the state of wisconsin.

How close can a liquor store be to a school? Is this a state law (or statue) or local law (or statute)? The store I am referring to is more of a corner store that sells canned goods, chips, cell phones and beer (possibly liquor). Across the street is the playground of a school. If a law (or statute) exists is it tied to the physical building or the school property?

    Any information would be appreciated.

Such laws are usually local (city) ordinances, and they vary.

You'd need to check with your city law enforcement officers.
