    Default California EDD

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Ca

I recieved a Notice of Determination of invalid claim. I have read several post and it seem like things will just move on with no action needed.

The problem is all of the post's i've been reading have said that the a-d boxes are checked ALONG with the box in front of THIS DET> DOES NOT YOUR CLAIM FOR EXT> BENIFITS. my box IS NOT checked why is this and does that mean i'm unable to draw on the extensions? please help. thanks in advance. Cole

You appear to have dropped a word.

If you are telling us that you were determined not to have a valid claim for unemployment, then it stands to reason that you won't qualify for an extension of the unemployment benefits you're not qualified to receive.

Contact EDD, sometimes mistakes are made. Someone may have forgotten to mark the box.

Is there any update on your situation? I have received the form and letter 'E' is NOT checked off....just like you. Please let me know if you have resolved your issue.

    Thanks,
    Andrew
