    Default Reasonable doubt

Police charged me with domestic battery even though all I did was hold my gf wrists so she wouldnt scratch my face, push her away when she was biting me and restrain her.Picture shows her nose slightly marked from me pushing her away.

I have pictures and an ER report for stitches I recieved from a previous altercation that I was advised to preserve if anything nasty happened in the future. Prosecutor has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt I did commit battery. Do You think previous acts of violence by her will create sufficient doubt?

The pictures might help convince a prosecutor that the charge should be dismissed, but I doubt that you could successfully introduce them into evidence at trial. You should consider consulting a local criminal defense lawyer.

hmm..even if you have a claim of self defense and if you want to doubt the crdibility of the complaining witness.even then it cant be brought in? Im just wondering?
