Default Tier 3 Extension with 2 Separate Claims

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Ohio

I wanted to know if anyone knows the current laws/rules that exist or if anyone else is in my shoes that has 2 separate regular UI claims exhausted (26 weeks) and also has exhausted both Tier 1 and Tier 2 on current claim been drawing the extensions on and what happens next? I recently have been now told (not to my liking) that I will have my most recent exhausted claim trigger back to a Tier 1 on that since all EUC's proceed the state EB (despite fact that state EB is funded entirely by gov. for this year).

My second question is will the soon to be tier 3 trigger and augment on the current claim that I have exhausted all my extensions on (this week is my last week for tier 2). I think being that my tier 2 triggered onto this current claim that tier 3 would also.

Then, what happens if I do start back on tier 1 on separate claim and then can a readjustment be made onto the original claim for collecting the tier 3 extension. I am in Ohio and never can get answer on these questions.

Not everyone who opens a thread is going to know the answer. And until they open the thread, they won't know if they know the answer.

Have patience. This board is manned by volunteers who can't always answer immediately. It sometimes takes a while, and yes I do mean a few days, before someone who knows the answer to your question has time to respond.
