My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CA
cited 10/26/09 at the carpool exit on Figueroa/Adams (Downtown LA).
I made a left turn from the #2 lane. The lane had a painted right and left arrow on the pavement. The light had green arrows going in both right and left direction.
The officer claimed there were two signs posted indicating that left turns could only be made from the far left lane because of construction. The officer claimed the construction had been going on for 9 months now.
This was a traffic stop pit! The officer was pulling over people one after another, handing out tickets like they were hotcakes - - it is obviously misleading everyone!!!
Do I have a case to dispute when there is contradicting signage?
