Default Violation of Probation in Texas

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I am currently on probation for the first time offense i have ever committed which is felony theft over 1500 which it was actually 1700...i have been put on probation for 5 years and have completed about a year of it and its been a month since i reported and i am currently behind about a 1000 in restitution and probation fees...if i just wanted to not report bc i dont wanna wait 4 more years to go into the military so i wanna just take the sentence they give me then go after...since this is the first offense i have committed how much time would u think i would have to do?

Why do you think the military will take you if you're not even man enough to get through probation? You're free to talk to your probation officer about spending time in prison instead of being on probation; if you violate, you run the risk of getting thirty or sixty days in jail then going back on probation.
