What are the laws pertaining to selling nfl team logo gear? IE- if i buy a knockoff from china and sell it as a knockoff is it illegal?

Well, for I know NFL logo is not under to copyright. It is under to trademark law. However, then if you want to know the legal selling the NFL logo. We'll try to ask some person that knows the law about this.
