    Default Obtaining Personal Call Records

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: MI

How can I get my incoming call records from AT&T? I need to prove to my employer that I did not receive a call several months ago. I was told that I couldn't do this without a subpeona, but my understanding of the FCC regulations is that I am entitled to them with proper identification. Is that true?

    Landline or cell phone?

Generally, for a landline, you need to call your provider's customer service line and speak with a representative to request a detailed bill. Depending on your provider, you may be able to get these for anywhere from 3 to 6 months back.

    Thank you for your reply.
I am referring to a landline.
I have been told by AT&T that local call numbers are not listed in a detailed bill without a subpoena. I was directed to an AT&T store to present my proper ID and get copies of records, but I was stonewalled there as well. Can I get my own subpoena even if I am not pursuing any legal action? Any other suggestions?
