    Default Charged in Another State

If I have a soliciting charge in Nevada and a background check, for employment, is done in Oregon, will that charge show up?

I answered this question once for you already and the answer has not changed, no matter how much you may have hoped it would.

The answer is, it might show up or it might not. Some employers do multi-state checks; others do not. There is no way to tell whether or not any given employer will check other states or not. If they do, it will show up. If they don't, it won't.

That is the only answer. It will not change no matter how often you ask the question.
