My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: MA
I want to leave my present employer, but I received a relocation package whose policy states that if I voluntarily terminate my employment within 12 months from the date of hire, i will have to repay all the relocation cost. So I am wondering, if i try to get myself fired, hence, involuntary termination, will i still have to repay the relocation cost?
