Default How to Transfer Undeveloped Land

Hi All. I have a transfer question.

I own a tract of undeveloped land with no mortgage. I will be selling it in a cash deal. What is the quickest method of legally transferring ownership without a formal closing? Can I just record a signed Quick Claim deed or bill of sale?

You can convey by quitclaim deed - if that's acceptable to the buyer. If you've never done anything like this before, and it sounds like you haven't, I suggest at least having a lawyer review the contracts and prepare the deed.
