Unhappy Fact Information Sheet: Debtor is a Corporation

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Florida

I was awarded a judgment and the defendant is a corporation comprised of four individuals who own a viable business together. I have obtained the name of their bank and the corporation's business account number. Can I file a writ of garnishment on the account and skip issuing the fact information sheet? If I do have to obtain their information, do I send it to each of them? Certified mail? They seem to want me to jump through hoops to collect the judgment so I can't imagine that they will provide the information willingly. The form has to be notarized but I think it will be ignored. I know I'm asking a lot of questions but our clerk of the courts office is NO help. This is a small claims court judgment ($5k) and I'd like to do this on my own since I've gotten this far. ~Bewildered

You can ask the court to authorize garnishment and, if successful, garnish the money from the account.

Why didn't the fact information sheet get sent out with their copy (or copies) of the judgment?

Thank you for your reply. I'm not sure if the fact information sheet was included with their copy or not. As we left the judge's chambers, he did say that instructions would be included with his final judgment but they weren't with mine. Should instructions have been included with my copy if I was awarded the judgment? Appreciatively...

Check with the court; I expect they were sent with the judgment. You aren't a defendant, so there would be no reason to send you a copy.
