Default Is There a 'No Financial Responsibilty' Form for Child Support

My question involves child support in the State of: Florida

I was with a woman that says she was on birth conrtol. Well to make a long story short she is pregant and is having the child. She says that she will not make me pay child support but im sure her attitude will change later. Is there a form or aggrement she and i can sign now while she is willing to, that opts me out of all child support in the furture?

    Thank you

Not at all. If she chooses to hold you responsible between now and the next 18 years, she can.

    No.

In FL the court can order retro support back 2 years. So, unless you want to risk the possibilty of oweing thousands in retro support, here is what you need to do.

As soon as the baby is born file in court to establish paternity, of course requesting a DNA test. Along with a CS order, you'll also have the right to file for a custody and visitation order. Give it some thought and you might find that you'll want to be a part of your child's life and it's better to start that in infancy rather than later.
