Default Heir's Right to Notice of Resolution of an Estate

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Alabama

I am a beneficiary of an estate. The Personal Representative and the Probate Attorney will not inform my sister and I as to what is going on. My main question is will we eventually be notified by Probate Court as to what decision was reached when the probate case is over? We signed the probate papers in May, 2009 and we have only a slip of paper stating the bank accounts that were left, but we don't know whose names are on those.

Default Re: Heir's Right to Notice of Resolution of an Estate

I thank the powers that be as we got a response yesterday from the Personal Representative stating the estate should be closed before the end of the year. So I did receive my notice!
