    Default Medical Malpractice

Went in for routine TOP and thought the procedure was complete.
Still was feeling nausea and tired. Received a call 2 weeks later to return to the office, due the fact thatmy labs still showed a positive
results. I had to repeat the same procedure because the MD missed the fetus. Is this grounds enough for a law suit.

Medical malpractice laws vary by state, so the answer may depend upon the laws of your state. Additionally, the viability of a lawsuit will depend upon the extent of any injury or damages suffered.
