Default How to Re-Open a Discharged Bankruptcy Case

I filed for bankruptcy in 2007, & it has been sucessfully discharged. There are items on my credit report now that should have been included. Is there a way to re-open my bk case & add those items?

Default Re: How to Re-Open a Discharged Bankruptcy Case

If this is a zero assets Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and we're talking about unsecured debts, that shouldn't be necessary. Inform your creditors of the judgment; they may want you to provide a copy of the order of discharge. It's possible to bring a motion to include them if they're difficult, but the purpose of listing creditors isn't to trap you if you accidentally leave one (or a few) off, and in a zero assets bankruptcy your unsecured debts are discharged.

If something makes your situation more complicated, please share the relevant details.
