    Default Delivery of a Summons

A copy of the Sheriff’s Entry of Service in Georgia indicates the summons was served at the defendant most notorious place of abode in this county by delivering same into hands of relative grandmother.

Can defendant claim he did not receive the summons after thirty days passed or the summons has been properly served?
