Default Will Court Know of Prior Participation in Diversion Program

I was caught shoplifting and arrested in January they told me they would drop all charges if I took a shoplifters diversion program. I did complete that and I recieved a letter in the mail confirming that. Right before I started the program I was caught again... I have an arraignment for April 4th. This was in 2 different cities. I was just wondering if you knew what was going to happen. I know I need to get a lawyer I am just not sure how to go about this. I am also trying to hurry up and complete this online program the website is www.shopliftingprevention.org and it is very recommended. I was wondering if this second case would know about the first one. I am trying everything to get out of jail time. Money isn't an issue. If you have any advice or knowledge about this please let me know. Thank you

    Default Money?

I'm neither a thief nor an expert but......I don't think money usually has much to do with it.

There's a very high chance that your prior participation in a diversion program will become known to the court. This gets even higher if both cities are in the same county.
