This is a detailed question on a very particular issue, and generally, in the main, general concepts of law are covered here.

If your are of a Chinese nationality, which I am guessing from the name, there are talk programs on Chinese radio that answers particular questions submitted by readers.

Here in NYC, there is AM 1430 that broadcast in Mandarin, and WZRC AM 1480 that broadcase in Cantonese. I listened to the Cantonese one, and there is a talk program, for one hour, Monday to Friday, coming on at 2:00PM, where they answer particular questions. One area they cover quite a bit, 50% of the hour in many cases, are questions on immigration.

I was a bit busy to listen to it the past year, so I don't know the exact program time now. I know WCRZ AM 1480 is available via internet, and I beleive AM 1430 is also available.

For very particular questions such as yours, they actually consult a law firm. This is one way to get some free legal advice, if they choose to read and answer your question on the air.

On the other hand, if you think you might be in danger of being deported, I can't see why you don't consider the matter important enough to consult an attorney, immediately.
