Default Is Premarital Savings Account Safe from Bill Collectors

I'm marrying somebody with a large amount of debt - If the bill collectors come after her after we're married, would they be able to get at my premarital savings?

Not enough info, including what state this involves.

but generallly, if your funds are co-mingled, they can often take from that "pool" if allowed to garnish her accounts generally.

If your funds are not co-mingled with hers (and obviously under your name only) they generally cannot take them.
