I understand, there are a lot more examples of various other things he has been doing, too many to list here. But suffice it to say, since he took over, employees have been treated differently and more harshly than they ever have in the past. As well as treating them differently than other employees throught the company.

The collections staff for example was not allowed to calculate their "standards/goals" numbers the way everyone else (and this is literal) throught the company. And we are talking 90+ other locations. And then when several did not meet those standard, but would have had they been allowed to follow normal company policy in figuring their numbers, they were written up and threatened with termination of employement.
