My question involves a security deposit in the State of: California
I have recently moved out of an apartment where I pay'd the full deposit of 660 but there isn't any proof that i pay'd the whole 660, Does the owner legally have to give me a third of the deposit back since there were three names on the rental agreement?
Also I pay'd mt half of rent on the first of the month, which i was then informed my roommates were moving out in a couple days and they were shutting off gas, so i had to leave, but there friends told them they couldn't move with them anymore, so how do i get my part of rent back in which i pay;d and i'm not living there anymore?
