    Default Emancipation in Arizona

    My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Arizona. I am almost 16 and my mom and i do not get along at all. i know she would not consent to emancipation but there is a family willing to take me in and support me. How would i go about doing this?

    Emancipation means you and ONLY you supporting YOURSELF. Being "taken in" by anyone doesn't count.
