My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon
I'll begin with a little back story. This girl and I have been good friends for about 2 years now. She's has been in trouble for drinking before and was supposed to do alcohol treatment. We were talking recently and figured the reason we can't stop drinking is because we have nothing positive in our lives. So, we decided to date and help each other stay sober, but just had to get drunk one last time. She's 19 I'm 21.
We started drinking at my house but ended up at one of her friends. The police arrived because of of the noise. There were 6 people total at the apartment. Her and a 21 year old went to jail and everyone received a ticket except for me. I haven't had any alcohol since she's been in jail and the plan was to be each others motivation for sobriety.
She has been in jail now for 2 weeks, and we've been writing each other and all that stuff. Today, she had court and a condition of her release is that she can't have contact with me, or anyone else from the party for 2 years. On the phone today she told me she wants to sneak around and still be with me. She get's out in 2 weeks and I don't won't her to risk her freedom.
Who would I or she have to talk to in order to for us to see each other legally?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
Matthew.
