    Default Going to Court for Shoplifting

    i was arrested for shoplifting in va and i have court today. i was charged with petty larceny. i know i shouldnt have done it and its bad and i deserve what im feeling.. but im really about to have a panick attack can someone tell me what the most likely outcome is? its my first offense im 19 and a mom. please help!

    Not really. We don't have access to all the facts of your case, have no idea if the judge likes to play hardball, and no idea if you were wise and retained counsel.

    Probably fines, restitution, and maybe probation. And one would hope a lesson learned?
