    Question Estate and Interests in Land

    hello!

    i just started law at uni and i am already having difficulties, can someone please explain the difference between Estate in land - freehold and leasehold and interests in land?

    In simple terms, a freehold interest means you own it, and a leasehold interest means you're renting.
