Default Re: Fired for Being Sick

The company was required to have their info into unemployment by the 13th, the have not supplied any documentation to the state. I think there may be a problem with the meeting with the mananger telling us not coming into work when sick. This was retribution she wanted me gone. It is not too much human recources attribute 4 sick days a year to a employee, take that when you are responsible for all the kids and the company was full aware of this, my daughter gets sick from what I have two weeks to the day that I get sick.
It is fine that I was fired for being sick guess what my daughter is sick.
Why was it fine for 8 years and not now? I know why but thanks for your time.
If I am so wrong why can't the business show why I was fired correctly? I was fired for personal reasons and we will see howthis goes. I am not a manager and can't claim no sick day if I bring my kid into work for two hours. It was not reason for firing, at least not the betterment of the company but no sick days can be ahard and catch up when you have kids
