    Default Taking Someone's Mail

apperently my boyfriend's ex girlfriend has been taking the mail. My boyfriend is currently in jail. He was been sending his mom, sister and me letters under his moms name. It was odd that we didn't recieve anything in the begining. He then started sending letters under my name and we recieved the letters. The mailman has told us that the was a change of address/forwarding address form that was filled out. Apperently all the mail that has been sent to his mom has been forwarded to this new address. Can she possibly do this? I know its against the law to tamper with the mail.

Make a complaint to your local Postmaster, who will initiate any appropriate investigation. The U.S. Post Office has one of the largest armed police forces (if not the largest) in the country. Really.
