Default Will I Be Detained when Re-Entering the Country

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: Georgia

I am curious I am an American citizen and I have a bench warrant for failure to appear for a civil case. ( Child Custody Case) And I wanted to know if when re-entering the country I would be arrested or detained for this outstanding warrant?. The warrant is in Georgia and I am flying into at Atlanta. Does the USCIS have this information in their system? I wast told by a lawyer that only arrest warrants for felonies were what showed up in the USCIS system. Can anybody answer this. SOrry I donīt mean to

The USCIS can answer it, but of course they won't. The rest of us can't access their computers and, your attorney's confidence duly noted, the nature of what they include in their databases is classified.
