[/b]+i recently had a problem and went to an attorney to discuss it and i paid him a small consultation fee.in the discussing he told me he was going to sue my mother for non payment.so he and i discussed the possibility of me paying him 75 to 100 dollars a month on her bill to keep him from sueing her and he agreed.under these circumstances.she call him and verify thast she agrees to it and that she done and he even returned her call and told her he would sstop the papers from being servered that was 3 weeks ago.well today my mother was served with papers from the county sheriff!i am pretty upset about this.since his first payment from my sociall security check that will be made onn the 3 rd which we had agreeded.i do not think it is fair?he agrred to the plan i presented annd since i paid for the advise and told him why i was there.because i expect trouble in the future and i needed a good man in my corneer.if he lied to me about something like this or tries to make me think he must have let it slip,or some other excuse.i won't settle for that.i think if you pay for professionalism you should get it.a man is only as good as his word after all.is this a breach of a verbal contract and if so what can i do .i need to do it as soon as possible i know.he is sueing her for 760.00..he accepted my offer of 75.00 to 100.00 dollars a month offer ,but went ahead with serveing papers and sueing her.it is not right.thank you
