Default Switched Price Tags, Not Caught, Can They Still Do Something

My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA

My cousin and I went shopping. She switched price tag on a merchandise to get it 20 dollars cheaper, something I did not know of until later on.
Now, they had cameras in there and she is also a club member so obviously they have her identity.

How long does the law say they are allowed to come after her after this has happend?

    Thank you for your answer.

    Two years.

Whether they will or not, we couldn't say. You'd do well to advise your cousin to knock that off.
