    Default Evict My Roomate After New Owner

    live in california I let someone stay with me my house went to fore closure it was auctioned off and sold to a bank. My house guest has established residence but has completely began to harrass me and even assulted me. I want her gone asap. But can i evict her? She has even assulted me.

    She does not pay any rent and hasn't ever. I let her just stay with me to have a chance to get on her feet. No rental agreement of any kind.

    The police at first gave me a hard time because of my house guest complete denial of punching me. After the goose egg began to swell my eye shut he arrested her with a cite and realse ticket for a future court date.
