Default Stacking Coupons at an Online Retailer

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: nj

I recently was able to stack coupons at an online retailer, I received about 90% off retail price. Their website does not say that you are not allowed to stack coupons, it is silent on the matter. Their customer service contacted me saying they had a glitch in their system and they want me to either pay the difference or return the items. I haven't replied. Can they force me to return the items? This was about 2 weeks ago, they shipped everything and they are still sending me back-ordered items. What is their recourse? Do I have to return the items or pay the difference from the discount? Thanks

I can't tell you your respective rights or recourse without reading the terms of both the site itself and any coupons you obtained. Even accepting that the site did not describe a restriction, the coupons may have. Also, the exact nature of the "glitch" and how you found and exploited it may affect your respective rights.

You either need to pony up the dough or the merchandise but you cannot have your cake and eat it too.
