    Default SOL in Michigan for utility bills

    Does anyone know off hand what the SOL in Michigan is for utility bills? Is it the same 6 yrs as credit cards are? Where can I find out?

    It appears to be the standard six year limitations period for contracts. You can find the statutes here.
