Facing Multiple Drug and Alcohol Charges in a Short Time Frame

My question involves criminal law for the state of: I got a possession of alcohol charge like three weeks ago, then bout a week ago i got a paraphenalia charge/possesion charge, and the day of the uofl vs. uofk game i got another possession of alcohol charge.

The first citation it was stupidity on my part to walk with a beer goin down the street to my other friends house but it was three houses down so i didn't think i would get jammed that quick....i did. then once again stupid decision by me but me and my roommate got caught smoking in our dorm and he got a possession charge but i got the paraphenalia charge and possession charge. then the day of the game i was stopped walking again by an undercover cop to ask what was in my drink when eight people in the group of near 15 also had cups containing alcohol but I was stopped and cited. I know these things are illegal but get real. I live in KY

my charges relate to the state of Ky.

I got a possession of alcohol charge as a minor like three weeks ago walking with a beer.
two weeks ago i got a possession and paraphenalia charge
and a week ago at the uk/ul game i recieved another possession of alcohol charge.

is there any way i am eligible for diversion. also would getting a lawyer increase the chances of success for this. thanx

I would have to consider hiring a lawyer, and ideally finding a way to get a consolidated plea bargain.
