My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: New Hampshire

I am licensed in Massachusetts. I have to plead one way or another or license will be suspended. Received a letter about the speeding ticket which has the incorrect year listed for my birthdate. I suppose there was an error when transferring the info from the actual speeding ticket(which I believe had the correct birthdate) to the computer system which printed the letter.

If I plead not guilty and send in the letter, do you think I have to worry about there being a duplicate speeding ticket under my name but with the correct birthdate? What are the chances that there are accidentally 2 tickets under my name, one with the correct birthdate and one with the incorrect birthdate?

Are speeding tickets all linked back to your driver's license number or social security number, or do they just go by name and date of birth?
Thank you.
