Emancipation in Texas

okay So im 17 and my mom lives in houston and my dad lives in Mexico ive been comming back and forth since i was like 2. and this time my mom is saying i cant come back to houston becuase she doesnt want me living with her, but i want to come back and finish school. the only way i could finish school is if she goes and sings me in, but she wont do it becuase she didnt want me to come back in the fisrt place. if i came back to houston i would be living with my boyfriend hes 18 and his mom. his mom is fine with me living there and so is my dad because he knows i do good on my own but im wondering what i can do to be able to go to school with out my mom having to sign me in since im in highschool but the thing is since i kept comming back and forth my like levels in school are all messed up so i wanted to get homeschooled and my dad said he would pay for it but i need a gurdiant to take me and sign me in.

Given that you are not already living apart from your parents and are not completely self supporting, you are not a candidate for the removal of the disabilities of minority.

Do your parents have a court ordered custody arrangement? What's stopping your father from signing you into school?

That my dad lives in mexico, and ive lived in houston all my life.
and i know spanish and all but nor good enought to go to school here.
so thats the reason i want to go back to texas.
and yes they both have equal custody towarsd me but the only issue is my mom had like my social and all my paper work and she wont give it to me because she sais i need to stay in mexicoo
