Washington State: I recently found out my under-21 son has a no contact order against him, and that he allegedly violated it recently. He won't tell me more. Is it possible for me to go to the court and find out the details? I'm supporting him.

In general, such orders are public records, and ANYONE may view them.

Contact your county Clerk of Courts for instructions for obtaining a copy of the order. There is usually a small fee - $10ish - involved.
